About This Role

The Warehouse Associate 3 performs a variety of receiving, shipping, and organizational tasks in a product distribution and warehouse environment. This role involves order fulfillment, inventory management, and operating warehouse equipment to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare orders for shipment using operating technology in accordance with standards
  • Assist in material management activities such as inventory control, stock rotation, and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborate with other warehouse departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Validate inventory and perform routine inventory reconciliation activities, resolving moderately complex problems
  • Notify supervisors or inventory control teams of shortages or discrepancies
  • Perform shipping and receiving duties, including inspecting and verifying shipments, processing documentation, and organizing materials
  • Monitor packaging/shipping material supplies and notify supervisor when stocking levels are low
  • Receive and unload incoming material, comparing packing slip information with purchase orders for accuracy
  • Unpack, verify, sort, and count received inventory, accurately recording purchased items
  • Inspect shipments for damages, loss, expiration date, or defects and notify appropriate personnel
  • Stock shelves in the warehouse using equipment and technology
  • Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and regulations
  • Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, including packing, labeling, and general maintenance duties
  • May serve as a Lead and mentor to other employees

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of relevant experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience in a warehouse setting
