About This Role

Join a rural healthcare practice as a Family Medicine physician, focusing on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and building strong relationships within the community. You will manage a diverse patient load including child and adult wellness visits and various common diagnoses.

Responsibilities

  • Join a growing, thriving Family Medicine practice within established rural healthcare practices in Rennselaer, Indiana
  • Provide a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Display exceptional interpersonal skills and develop strong ties with the community
  • Build long-lasting relationships with patients
  • Work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
  • Manage an average outpatient volume of 20-22 patients per day
  • Handle call responsibilities
  • Utilize telehealth services
  • Manage common diagnoses including child and adult wellness visits, back pain, endocrinology issues, hypertension, and heart failure

Requirements

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician
  • Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Desire to develop strong ties with the community
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with patients
  • Ability to work collaboratively to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care
  • Doctorate
  • Physician License (DR)
  • Board Certification in Specialty Discipline (or eligibility if appropriate)
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
