Join an established outpatient practice as a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician in Pontiac, Illinois. Contribute to an established primary care team and provide care to patients while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Join an established outpatient practice as a BC/BE Family Medicine or Med/Peds physician
• Collaborate with a team consisting of one physician, four advanced practice providers, strong clinical support staff and Care Managers
• Utilize AI technology for note writing
• Engage with medical students

Requirements

• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
• Eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
• Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
