About This Role

Join White Plains Family Health Center as a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare evaluations, diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, and offer patient education within a top health network.

Responsibilities

Perform annual healthcare evaluation for adults in all age groups
Diagnose and manage acute illness
Diagnose, treat, and manage chronic illnesses such as heart disease, cholesterol management, diabetes, thyroid, other endocrine disorders, and arthritis
Provide patient education, disease prevention guidance, and health maintenance support

Requirements

Graduated from an accredited Medical School
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active New York Medical License
