About This Role

This role involves conducting patient care as directed by a Physical Therapist and contributing to the Home Health department's efficient, cost-effective operation. The Physical Therapy Assistant will support Trinity Health System's mission and strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient care as directed by a Physical Therapist
• Participate in efficient cost-effective planning and operation of the Home Health department
• Support the mission and role of Trinity Health System
• Actively support the Hospital's Strategic Plan in areas of People, Service, Quality, Finance, and Growth
• Perform all job duties in compliance with laws and regulations and accrediting agency standards

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• 2 years experience in Physical Therapy Assisting
• Ohio license
• BLS provider within 3 months of hire
• Ability to pass a physical and background check

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting
• 2 years experience in Physical Therapy Assisting
