Pharmacy Technician - Per Diem

About This Role

Serve as an experienced, customer-focused Per Diem (PRN) Pharmacy Technician for Maxor National Pharmacy Services, working within a clinic-based, in-house pharmacy at Hudson Headwaters Health Network. This role involves direct patient interaction, prescription order processing, and maintaining pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked
• Answer the phone
• Input customer information into the computer system

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Computer experience mandatory
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years retail pharmacy experience

Nice to Have

• Current PTCB Certification
