Support the pharmacy department by accurately preparing medications for patient dispensing, maintaining records, and ensuring financial accountability. Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate MERIT standards of performance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare medications for patient dispensing
- Maintain appropriate records to assure adherence to regulations
- Ensure accurate financial accountability
- Provide excellent customer service
- Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow in the pharmacy
- Consistently demonstrate MERIT standards of performance
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy within 30 days of hire
- Active status as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
- At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience or completion of an Associate’s Degree in Pharmacy Technology
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Associate's degree in Pharmacy Technology
- At least 4 years of pharmacy technician experience
