About This Role

This Pharmacy Technician role offers individuals an opportunity to deliver compassionate care by promptly, safely, and accurately filling patient prescriptions while maintaining the highest professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
Promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met
Demonstrate ethical conduct
Maintain patient confidentiality
Complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program
Satisfy all registration, licensing and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Build clinical, technical, and insurance knowledge and expertise

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Attention and Focus

Problem Resolution

Qualifications

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required

Nice to Have

Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
PTCB National Certification
