This Pharmacy Technician position provides an opportunity to work in a leading retail pharmacy company, delivering compassionate care to millions of patients daily. Technicians support the team by promptly, safely, and accurately filling patient prescriptions while maintaining high professional, ethical, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks
- Promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions
- Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations
- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards
- Ensure full compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations
- Ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for patients
- Demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Complete an extensive CVS Pharmacy Technician Training Program
- Satisfy all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Licensure requirements vary by state

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- PTCB National Certification
