As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) at H2 Health, you will empower communication and connection by working with pediatric and adult patients to improve speech, swallowing, and cognitive function. This role involves evaluating and treating a variety of diagnoses in an outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat pediatric and adult patients with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and referring providers
- Document care using Raintree EMR and participate in team-based planning
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible SLP license in the state of practice
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
- Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based care
