Join our team as a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) within the Hands of Hope pediatric program, providing compassionate care and creating meaningful patient experiences for children facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. This role involves evaluating patients, creating care plans, and serving as the driver of the care team.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create care plans
- Communicate with patients, families, and the care team
- Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure quality care
Requirements
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment
- 1 year of pediatric experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing
- 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience
