Payroll Specialist

About This Role

This role will support a growing healthcare staffing team by accurately processing payroll and assisting with core HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees
• Maintain employee records and ensure payroll compliance
• Assist with onboarding, terminations, and basic HR administration
• Support timekeeping, payroll audits, and employee payroll questions
• Work closely with leadership to improve payroll and HR processes

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of payroll experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, in-office environment
