Process and manage payroll for employees in USD and CAN currencies, ensuring accuracy and compliance for a financial services client. Utilize Workforce Now and Empower platforms for payroll and 401k processing, and handle state taxing and year-end procedures.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process payroll for employees working with USD and CAN currencies
- Utilize Workforce Now and Empower platforms to ensure precise payroll and 401k processing
- Handle state taxing, unemployment, and payroll tax compliance across multiple states
- Participate in ADP Year End processing, including 401k catch-up contributions
- Conduct eTime auditing related to workers’ compensation, DOL, and unemployment reports
Requirements
- Experience working with USD and CAN currency
- Workforce Now experience
- Experience using Empower (401k platform)
- Strong understanding of state taxing (unemployment and payroll taxes)
- Experience with ADP Year End processing
- Experience with eTime auditing
