Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and architecture leads to define product strategy and contribute to the technology roadmap
• Translate business objectives and clinical needs into clear product specifications and user stories for the development team
• Lead the agile development process, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from market analysis and requirements gathering to implementation and commercialization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an IT and/or Healthcare setting
• 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst role within an agile software development environment
• Strong experience in developing business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI calculations
• Exceptional ability to translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements and functional specifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of relevant experience in an IT and/or Healthcare setting, 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst role within an agile software development environment
