As a Virtual Patient Safety Attendant, you will monitor patients at risk for falls, injury, or self-harm from a remote station. You will communicate concerns to the care team and document patient activity to ensure their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being
- Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alert the care team to intervene quickly and protect patients
- Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift
- Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times
- Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support
- High School Graduate / GED
