Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation to participants
• Ensure timely and competent transportation
• Communicate important information relevant to the overall care plan to the multidisciplinary team
• Comply with applicable state laws regarding minimum age and driving experience
• Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving

Requirements

• HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
• Successful completion of defensive driving and passenger assistance training courses within 90 days of hire
• Proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
