Responsibilities
- Provide safe transportation to participants
- Ensure timely and competent transportation
- Communicate important information relevant to the overall care plan to the multidisciplinary team
- Comply with applicable state laws regarding minimum age and driving experience
- Comply with all state laws and requirements for driving
Requirements
- HS Diploma -OR- GED Equivalency
- Successful completion of defensive driving and passenger assistance training courses within 90 days of hire
- Proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request
