Provide high-quality patient care to individuals suffering from End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), monitoring them before, during, and after dialysis treatment. This role focuses on essential technical skills combined with compassionate patient interaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
- Measure and record patient vital signs and statistics
- Initiate cannulation procedures
- Observe patients for any changes or complications
- Setup and prepare hemodialysis machines
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Desire to care for people
- Comfort working around blood and needles
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
