About This Role

Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic under RN supervision, performing life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
Record vital signs and patient data
Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ready to Learn Attitude
Desire to work in a fast paced, high-energy clinic
Computer/Technology/Mathematically Savvy

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
no prior dialysis experience required

Nice to Have

CNA certification
MA certification
CHT certification
Phlebotomy certification
Healthcare experience
