About This Role

Deliver high-quality basic patient care under the direction of a licensed Nurse, ensuring the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients are met with respect for human dignity. This role is responsible for service excellence and adhering to PH Standards of Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of high quality care under the direction of a licensed Nurse
• Perform basic patient care that meets the needs and uniqueness of assigned patients
• Ensure delivery of quality care and service excellence
• Adhere to the PH Standards of Behavior

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or actively working towards one if 17+ years old, to be received within 2 years of hire)
• Ability to obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications
• Ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in the patient care setting preferred, but not required.

Nice to Have

• 1 year experience working in the patient care setting
• CNA/EMT/Paramedic certification
• Bonded as a notary public (if assigned to Parkview Randallia Family Birthing Center)
