Case Management Coordinator

About This Role

Provide case management and nursing services for co-workers who have experienced work-related injuries or exposures, ensuring compliance with Occupational Nursing Standards of Practice, Workers' Compensation Law, and relevant state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services for co-workers exposed or injured on the job
• Provide nursing services for co-workers exposed or injured on the job
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Nursing Standards of Practice
• Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation Law
• Ensure compliance with other state and federal requirements and regulations

Requirements

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license
• Two years of clinical nursing experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving and computer skills
• Familiarity with medical terminology

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• At least two years of clinical nursing experience

Nice to Have

• Experience in ECC or Orthopedic Nursing
• Experience in occupational health, case management or managed care
• Certification in Case Management or Occupational Health Nursing
