Provide case management and nursing services for co-workers who have experienced work-related injuries or exposures, ensuring compliance with Occupational Nursing Standards of Practice, Workers' Compensation Law, and relevant state and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide case management services for co-workers exposed or injured on the job
- Provide nursing services for co-workers exposed or injured on the job
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Nursing Standards of Practice
- Ensure compliance with Workers' Compensation Law
- Ensure compliance with other state and federal requirements and regulations
Requirements
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse license
- Two years of clinical nursing experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and computer skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- At least two years of clinical nursing experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in ECC or Orthopedic Nursing
- Experience in occupational health, case management or managed care
- Certification in Case Management or Occupational Health Nursing
