About This Role

Supervise co-workers in all areas of the Nutrition Services department, oversee aspects of food production, and ensure excellent meal service and customer satisfaction. Implement business practices to uphold company mission and values, contributing to revenue and operational profit.

Responsibilities

• Supervise co-workers in all areas of the Nutrition Services department
• Responsible for aspects of food production
• Implement business practices to uphold Company mission and values
• Contribute to account revenue and operation profit through service implementation and growth opportunities
• Direct meal service to assure accuracy, completeness, presentation, and customer service excellence

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent of a GED required. Associate's degree in Management, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.
• Minimum of two year culinary/kitchen or hospitality management preferred.

Nice to Have

• Leadership experience in food service operations or hospitality environment
• Two year culinary/kitchen or hospitality management experience
• Experience in health care
• Good verbal and written communication skills
