About This Role

Assist patients with basic daily life activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding, and support nursing staff by monitoring vital signs and preparing patient rooms.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care as delegated by RN staff
  • Monitor and record vital signs
  • Assist in providing personal hygiene and physical care needs
  • Accurately measure, record, and report intake and output
  • Obtain and record daily weight
  • Perform blood glucose testing using blood glucose meter

Requirements

  • High School Graduate General Studies or High School GED General Studies
  • Graduaded from an accredited school of nursing or 1 year direct patient care experience
  • Basic Life Support - CPR (within 14 days of hire)

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate/GED or graduated from an accredited school of nursing
  • 1 year direct patient care experience

Certifications

Basic Life Support - CPR (Required)
