Responsibilities
- Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately
- Schedule appointments for patients
- Check patients in and out at the front desk
- Complete daily office tasks in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with patients taking into consideration their age and level of understanding
- Verify insurance
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Enjoy working with the public
- Computer skills
