About This Role

This role involves managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and handling patient registration to ensure efficient patient access at an Urgent Care Center.

Responsibilities

  • Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately
  • Schedule appointments for patients
  • Check patients in and out at the front desk
  • Complete daily office tasks in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with patients taking into consideration their age and level of understanding
  • Verify insurance

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Computer skills

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
