Parts Specialist

About This Role

Facilitate HVAC Parts sales by understanding client needs, recommending appropriate products, and processing orders. This role involves direct customer interaction for inquiries, tracking, and satisfaction, as well as managing merchandise and supporting inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales of HVAC parts, online, in-person and via telephone
• Handle all customer inquiries regarding parts, projects or tracking
• Identify the best parts for the job and process the subsequent orders
• Follow up on orders, either verbally or in writing, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prepare and package merchandise for customer pick up or shipment
• Provide support for inventory control and accuracy

Requirements

• Strong customer service aptitude
• Excellent typing, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work out of our Weymouth, MA office Monday – Friday
• Availability to work 7am – 4pm
