Part Time Server Assistant

About This Role

Deliver exceptional guest service and increase the efficiency of the front-of-house team by cleaning and resetting tables and maintaining dining areas in a fast-paced restaurant, bar, and live entertainment venue.

Responsibilities

• Continually bus tables throughout the shift, clearing and resetting tables within three minutes of guest departure
• Communicate with service staff to quickly meet guest needs and resolve issues with a professional, positive attitude
• Properly dispose of all trash and recyclable products, ensuring receptacles are clean and odor-free
• Ensure floors are free of potential hazards, cleaning all spills, moisture, debris, and other obstacles immediately
• Report damage to facility property, including furniture and fixtures, to management
• Adhere to quality expectations and standards, including clean and professional uniforms and personal appearance
• Maintain clean and orderly food service environment during and after service, following sanitation procedures
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform defined opening/running/closing duties
• Model company service basics and follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs

Requirements

• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated team player and self-starter
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations preferred
