About This Role

Teach physics courses and laboratory sections to students at Anne Arundel Community College, assessing student progress and adhering to departmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Teach assigned class(es) in accordance with expectations specified by the course coordinator
• Assess student progress in meeting the learning objectives through formal and informal assessment
• Adhere to safety procedures and departmental standards
• Meet required deadlines for submitting grades, attendance, and other information, as requested

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis
• Resident of Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia or the District of Columbia

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physics or a closely related field
