This role is responsible for welcoming guests, residents, and employees, managing communications, and providing general information. The Concierge will ensure the front desk area is organized and assist with resident appointments and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Carry out telephone answering and reception duties
- Take complete messages with pertinent information and communicate them to the intended recipient
- Greet residents and visitors, answer inquiries, and give directions
- Collate brochures for the marketing department
- Prepare meal tickets for team members and family members, and tally meal count sheets for the Dining staff
- Update the Resident Phone List and Roster, and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily, and Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary
- Manage appointments for residents and family members, including hairdresser and transportation
- Maintain and keep the desk and entry area neat and organized
- Organize and distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators
- Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits
- Maintain adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures
Requirements
- 1-3 years customer service experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training
