This concierge role provides a warm welcome to residents and guests, manages front desk operations, and assists with various requests and logistics to ensure a positive experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests, manage phone inquiries, and handle requests with care
- Maintain an organized lobby and front desk area
- Assist with mail, deliveries, and office supplies management
- Coordinate transportation logistics for residents and guests
- Support event planning, communications, and scheduling tasks
Requirements
- HS diploma/GED
- Friendly, organized, and proactive
- Comfortable multitasking and using basic office technology
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends/overnights vary by shift)
Qualifications
- HS diploma/GED
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
