About This Role

Serve as an Associate Banker, representing the Chase brand and culture, by delivering exceptional client experiences and building lasting relationships. Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and new accounts, educating them on technology self-service options, and connecting them with experts to achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on leveraging technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
