Serve as an Associate Banker at Chase, representing the brand and culture by delivering exceptional client experiences using the latest banking solutions and financial technology. Build trusted relationships, share product knowledge, and introduce clients to financial experts to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings
- Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, complying with all policies and regulations
- Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
- Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and demonstrating empathy
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM
Requirements
- Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations, delivering attentive and friendly service
- Ability to build trusted relationships, demonstrating genuine care and concern
- Ability to engage clients, communicating clearly and politely
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively as a team
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
