Part Time Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker, you will deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to the branch's success by building trusted relationships, offering product knowledge, and introducing clients to financial experts. This role involves assisting with daily transactions, opening accounts, and educating clients on technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and regulations
• Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
