Part Time Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you will represent our brand and culture, creating memorable experiences for clients by offering banking solutions and financial technology with attentive service. You will contribute to the branch's success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and introducing clients to experts to help them achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on self-service technology options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions
• Introduce clients to the team of experts to help achieve their financial goals
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies
