As an Associate Banker, you will create memorable client experiences by delivering exceptional service, managing transactions, and educating clients on banking technology. This role builds lasting relationships and contributes significantly to the branch's success.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and regulations.
- Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
- Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like cash vaults and ATMs, while adhering to bank policies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions
- Cash handling experience
