Part Time Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will build lasting client relationships by providing attentive service, sharing product knowledge, and assisting with day-to-day transactions. This role significantly contributes to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge
• Introduce clients to the expert team to help them achieve financial goals
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM
