About This Role

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will deliver exceptional client experiences by building trusted relationships, offering banking solutions and technology guidance, and contributing to the branch's success.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while ensuring policy compliance
• Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices like vaults and ATMs, adhering to bank policies
