As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will deliver exceptional client experiences and contribute to the branch's success by building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and introducing clients to financial experts to help them achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greetings clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
- Exceed client expectations by assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts while adhering to policies and procedure.
- Educate clients on technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and demonstrating empathy.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM.

- Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations
- Ability to build trusted relationships
- Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail
- Ability to elevate the client experience by working collaboratively
- Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures
- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
