About This Role

As an Associate Banker, you will represent Chase, fostering lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and using financial technology to help clients achieve their financial goals. This role significantly contributes to the branch's success by providing attentive service and sharing product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Educate clients on self-service technology options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs
• Build meaningful client relationships by actively listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM
