As an Associate Banker, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, build trusted relationships, and contribute to the branch's success at Chase by assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
- Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, complying with all policies and regulations.
- Educate clients on how to use technology self-service options like the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge to help them achieve financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault or ATM, while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

- Client service experience or comparable experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Client service experience or comparable experience.
Nice to Have
- Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions
- Cash handling experience
- Reading and speaking in both English and Mandarin fluently
