Part Time (20 Hours) Associate Banker

About This Role

As an Associate Banker, you will represent the Chase brand, build lasting relationships with clients, and contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences. You will assist with day-to-day transactions, open new accounts, and educate clients on technology self-service options.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling client meetings
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for their banking needs
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge, and introducing them to experts to achieve financial goals
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures
