Overnight Stocker

About This Role

Join a highly-functioning team as an Overnight Stocker, responsible for stocking shelves, refilling displays, and ensuring product availability in the Grocery or Drug Store department, while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Stocks shelves and refills displays
• Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products, including unloading trucks
• Conditions shelves and products, applying product knowledge and attention to detail
• Keeps the department clean and well-organized, adhering to A+ Standards
• Ensures compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and leader direction
• Meets federal, state, and company regulations and standards for product food safety and sanitation
• Works efficiently with a team attitude and maintains productivity standards
• Coaches and trains other Stockers when needed
• Assists customers in locating products and answering product questions

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• Willingness to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays
• High energy level and stamina for fast-paced, physically demanding work
• Ability to perform repetitive, physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 50-86 lbs, manage 100+ lbs)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication, reading, and writing skills
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Customer service skills

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18. Experience stocking and in customer service preferred.
