Overnight Part Time Guest Services Associate

About This Role

As a Night Auditor, provide excellent guest service from registration to checkout, handle night audit procedures, balance daily transactions, and respond to guest requests during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispose of all Night Audit work
• Complete the Night Audit checklist for computer procedures daily
• Balance the day's work (e.g., valet parking, credit card payments, room rental charges)
• Generate all reports and upload them to the proper channels
• Handle and follow through on all guest requests during the shift
• Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide resort/area information
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify correct charges and credits in guest folios
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision
• PC Skills and Microsoft Office experience
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Basic computer and office skills
• 1 year of Hospitality or Customer Service-related experience
