Overnight Coverage Lead

About This Role

As an Overnight Coverage Lead, you will support store leadership by providing primary overnight coverage, monitoring partners, and ensuring total-store safety and sanitation standards. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth overnight operations within the store.

Responsibilities

• Connect and check in with overnight Partners throughout the Store
• Maintain Store conditions and overnight operations
• Direct work and resolve issues as they arise
• Follow up on production plans and execution of supporting processes
• Oversee, support, and coach overnight Partners and teams (e.g., Stocking, Sanitation)
• Provide oversight on product handling, ensuring cold chain integrity
• Assist with receiving inventory; load, unload, and move product
• Ensure successful communication of overnight operations to daytime Leader
• Handle customer and Partner accidents, coordinating compliance with procedures
• Manage and confirm facility and equipment are properly maintained and in good repair

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• 6+ months of related experience
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to support large groups of Partners
• Knowledge of department production stations and equipment maintenance
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and Partners

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience

Nice to Have

• Experience leading or supporting an overnight team, or large teams in other business areas
