As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will perform warehouse activities like pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving it to staging areas, and using handheld scanners to update inventory and operate equipment, contributing to digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list
- Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
- Use handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
- Operate equipment
- Work within all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club
- Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and expired/short-dated items
- Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements
- Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain a neat, clean, and organized SFC (Ship From Club) area, performing general housekeeping duties
- Process returns to the club and determine appropriate handling

- Previous order pulling experience
- Big box/wholesale retail experience
- Previous RF scanner experience
