The Order Fulfillment Part-Time role at BJ's Wholesale Club involves performing general warehouse activities, focusing on picking and moving merchandise for digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. This position ensures timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and a positive member experience.
Responsibilities
- Pull merchandise from pick lists using a handheld scanner
- Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area
- Utilize handheld scanner (RF device) to verify merchandise counts and update locations
- Operate equipment as needed for order fulfillment
- Communicate inventory or equipment problems and report expired or short-dated items
- Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and SLAs
- Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized OMNI space and bin storage area
- Process returns and damaged/spoiled products according to SOPs
- Adhere to all club policies, procedures, and dress code standards
