Order Fulfillment Associate Part Time

About This Role

This role is responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving items, and using a handheld scanner for verification and location updates. This position will be actively involved in all digital initiatives, such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club within a wholesale retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area
• Utilize handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations
• Operate equipment as needed
• Process member purchases using a handheld scanner to pick orders from the sales floor
• Communicate problems with inventory, equipment, and expired/short-dated items
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club
• Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including maintaining a clean and organized SFC area

Nice to Have

• Previous order pulling experience
• Big box/wholesale retail experience
• Previous RF scanner experience
