The Operations Supervisor supports the CVS Store Management team by driving store execution and performance while building customer loyalty through excellent service. This role leads the store operations and supervisory staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring smooth operations and completion of opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities
- Work effectively with store management and store crews
- Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up on all activities
- Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews
- Assist customers with their questions, problems and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, and thank)
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy
- Provide colleagues personalized customer service feedback and coaching
- Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
- Price merchandise and stock shelves
- Support the planning and execution of displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts

Qualifications
- High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required
Nice to Have
- Experience as a retail supervisor
