About This Role

The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of the store by managing back-of-house processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and assisting the sales team to provide an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing merchandise
  • Perform regular cycle counts to reduce shrink and improve inventory accuracy
  • Ensure all product movement is performed without error and packaged to company standards
  • Arrange all inbound and outbound shipping, including client-facing orders and inter-boutique transfers
  • Maintain appropriate files with documentation regarding movements
  • Support execution of Visual Merchandising directives and ensure VM standards are maintained
  • Partner with store leadership on inventory reporting and recommend resolutions for issues
  • Communicate and collaborate with corporate partners regarding product needs or operational concerns
  • Manage and maintain adequate supply levels, including packaging materials
  • Support the team by promptly locating and retrieving alternate sizes, colors, and styles
  • Support store leadership in maintaining boutique standards with regards to maintenance needs and facilities management
  • Consistently demonstrate product knowledge to support overall store operations
  • Support managerial objectives including opening and closing the store and cash handling
  • Support the physical inventory process in partnership with store leadership

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an operations-focused role
  • Experience working in an elevated retail or hospitality environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
  • Proficiency with inventory platforms
  • Ability to stand for multiple hours and lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in an operations-focused role

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with RFID technology
