On-Call CNA Caregiver

About This Role

Provide essential in-home care services to clients as an On-Call CNA Caregiver, maintaining open availability during designated periods to fill shifts and ensure continuous support for individuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open availability for the duration of the designated On-Call period
• Provide Caregiving Services to clients on a fill-in basis
• Remain available during designated On-Call hours
• Arrive at any location within the Service Territory of Home Instead within one (1) hour of notice
• Communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor
• Treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
• Adapt to various living environments and locations

Requirements

• Active CNA license
• Valid WI driver's license
• Personally owned vehicle
• Auto insurance
• Ability to drive to client locations
• Available to work within 1 hour of notice during On-Call time
• Pass background check
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 25 pounds
• Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
• Ability to withstand exposure to dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
