Client Care Supervisor

About This Role

This role involves overseeing client care operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and coordinating care needs for clients in the senior care industry. It requires supervising and coaching team members to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with clients and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
• Develop and manage client quality assurance processes, including conducting visits and calls
• Manage and coordinate changing care needs with families and internal team members
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members to enhance performance and professional development
• Collaborate with other departments to identify process improvement areas and implement solutions
• Manage client inquiries and new starts of care

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability
• Ability to complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in customer service or client care; experience in the senior care/healthcare industry preferred

Nice to Have

• Experience in the senior care/healthcare industry
• CNA, LPN, or RN certification/license
