Office Team Leader

About This Role

Manage the Cash Office operations, ensuring it runs efficiently and all financial activities are accurately tracked and reported. This role involves leading a team, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Cash Office operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Lead, interview, select, and train Team Members
• Direct and appraise the work of Team Members, recommending promotions or changes in status
• Handle Team Member issues and complaints, and discipline Team Members as needed
• Plan and distribute work among Team Members
• Provide for the safety and security of Team Members and the store
• Manage the budget and inventory for the department or location
• Monitor and implement compliance measures
• Manage the cash flow of the store by tracking register and safe balances daily
• Prepare accurate daily and weekly cash and sales reports
• Maintain records and paperwork according to state, federal, and Company regulations

Requirements

• Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation
• At least 18 years of age

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail work experience, or retail leadership/supervisory experience, or successful performance as a Peer Trainer or in-store champion

• Retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Successful performance as a Peer Trainer or similar role
• Successful performance as an in-store champion (e.g., safety, service, wellness) or similar role
• Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to department
• Satisfactory performance and discipline record
